FAQs

Yes! We can help you show your video to the your current network and other targeted audiences on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or LinkedIn through organic posting and/or paid (sponsored) ad campaigns. Simply talk to us about your distribution plan and we’ll provide a quote on these add-on services.

We will set up your ad campaign through your  account. Your assigned ad specialist will also discuss audience targeting options with you and the objective of the campaign.

You will decide the campaign budget (adspend) and will pay that adspend directly to Facebook.  Adspend is NOT included in our campaign management fee.

Your business is responsible for getting permission to film on-site. We can typically film in a public location (i.e. public park, streets, etc) without written permission, depending on the municipality code and amount of interference.

If you plan to film the video at a private property (i.e. a business, school, private event, etc) you will need to get written permission ahead of the video shoot. Once you have purchased your video service, we will give you instructions on how to do this. Getting permission is typically fairly easy… and helps you avoid unnecessary legal issues!

If you film your video within our video studio, we offer several backdrop options: a white background, gray background and green screen. There is an additional $50 fee for green screen upgrades. You can send us a photo to use with the green screen background, or work with our team to source royalty-free photos or video for your background.

We specialize in personal branding videos, meaning we can film a house tour video IF the agent is included on camera within the video (i.e. house walkthrough tour). If you are looking for a listing video that only features the property itself, we would be happy to refer you to local companies that specialize in that service.

We allow clients to split video service costs, as long as they are not violating their industry policies and regulations (i.e RESPA).

For REALTORS®, bringing on a partner means sharing the video spotlight since there must be equal representation and benefit for all parties paying equal shares.
